What information we collect

When you book a service or contact us through the website, we collect:

We do not collect, store, or process payment card information — payment is handled in person on completion via card reader, Zelle, or cash. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

Your information is used only to schedule, perform, and follow up on your service. Specifically:

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with marketers, data brokers, or any third party for advertising. Ever.

How submissions reach us

Booking form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a privacy-respecting form-relay service. Web3Forms processes the form data to deliver it to our email and applies basic spam filtering — they do not sell or resell submission data. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy-policy.

Embedded content

The About page includes an embedded Google Maps view to show our service area. When you view that map, Google may receive standard browser request data. The map is informational only; we do not pass any of your personal data to Google.

How long we keep your information

Booking emails and customer communication are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to support repeat service and warranty inquiries — typically 2–3 years. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing OnyxPristineCo@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any personal information we have about you at any time by emailing OnyxPristineCo@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website and its booking form are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Terms of Service

Booking and confirmation

A booking submitted through our online form or by phone is a request — not a confirmed appointment — until we reply by text or call to confirm time, address, and final pricing. We confirm most bookings within a few hours. If a slot is unavailable, we will offer the nearest alternative.

Pricing and surcharges

Prices listed on our Pricing page are standard rates for vehicles and surfaces in normal condition. A mandatory surcharge of $25–$50 applies for vehicles with excessive pet hair, deep stains, mold, or extreme soiling. This surcharge is always confirmed on-site after inspection, before any work begins. You may decline the surcharge and the booking will be cancelled at no cost.

Payment

Payment is due on completion, in person. We accept card (via card reader), Zelle, or cash. No deposit is required for residential bookings. We do not store card numbers.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule any booking at no charge with at least 12 hours notice. Same-day cancellations are also free — we'd rather know early than show up to nobody home. No-shows without notice may incur a $25 trip fee on future bookings.

Weather policy

We work year-round in covered driveways, garages, and carports. For open-air bookings, if the morning forecast shows rain or temperatures below 40°F, we will reach out to reschedule at no charge for the next available dry slot.

Refunds and guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to address any issue at no additional charge. We do not offer cash refunds after service is completed, but we will redo any portion of the job that does not meet our standard.

Liability

We use professional-grade products and follow manufacturer guidelines for every surface. Pre-existing damage (chips, cracks, peeling clearcoat, torn upholstery, mechanical issues) is documented before work begins. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions that may become more visible after cleaning. For headlight restoration, we cannot restore lenses with internal moisture, cracks, or broken seals — we will inspect first and never charge for a job that won't deliver results.

Promo codes

Promo codes (such as 20OFF) apply to detailing service only and cannot be combined with each other. Most promo codes are first-detail-only per customer. The "every fifth detail 50% off" loyalty discount applies automatically to repeat clients booking through the same email or phone number.

Service area

We serve the 513 area code: Cincinnati, Mason, West Chester, Blue Ash, Loveland, Norwood, Anderson Township, and surrounding Hamilton, Clermont, Warren, and Butler counties. Locations outside this area may be quoted with a travel surcharge.

Changes to these terms

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
