Onyx Pristine Co. ("we," "us," or "our") operates onyxpristineco.com. This page tells you exactly what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. No legalese fog — straight talk.
Information We Collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect only what's needed to schedule and perform your service:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Service address (where we'll come to you)
- Vehicle or property details you provide
- Preferred date, time, and any service notes
We do not collect payment information through this website. Payments are handled directly at time of service via Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or card.
How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and schedule your service appointment
- To contact you about your booking via call, text, or email
- To send a before/after completion photo and invoice after your service
- To track your loyalty reward progress (punch card program)
- To improve our services and customer experience
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
SMS / Text Messaging
By submitting our booking or contact form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Onyx Pristine Co. about your booking — appointment confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notifications, and updates about your service. These are customer-care messages, not promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing.
Third-Party Services
Our booking form uses Web3Forms to deliver submissions to our inbox. View their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. No advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or retargeting scripts are loaded on this website.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Google Fonts may set a short-lived browser cache entry — this contains no personal identifiers. We run no analytics platform (no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar).
Data Retention
Booking data lives in our email inbox and is used solely for service delivery. We don't maintain a formal customer database. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll delete it within 48 hours.
Your Rights
- Request a copy of any data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Opt out of any follow-up communication — just reply "stop" to any message
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has submitted information.

Terms of Service
Your agreement with Onyx Pristine Co.
By booking a service with Onyx Pristine Co., you agree to these terms. We've kept them clear and fair — the same standard we hold ourselves to with our work.
Service & Booking
- Booking requests submitted through this website are confirmed via phone, text, or email within the hour. A booking is only confirmed once you receive direct confirmation from us.
- We require reasonable driveway or curbside access. You do not need to be home — but a responsible adult must authorize the service in advance.
- We are fully self-contained: own pressurized water supply, generator, and all products. No hookups from your end required.
- We reserve the right to decline or stop a service if unsafe, hazardous, or abusive conditions are present.
Personal Items
- Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before service begins.
- Onyx Pristine Co. will not move, handle, or clean around personal items — including wallets, phones, bags, sunglasses, documents, clothing, or loose items.
- Any area containing personal belongings will be skipped during cleaning. This policy exists to protect you and us.
- Onyx Pristine Co. is not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle during service.
Pricing & Surcharges
- Prices listed on this website are standard flat rates for typical conditions. Prices are locked at booking confirmation — no upsells at the door.
- An excessive-condition surcharge of $25–$50 may apply for heavy pet hair, deep stains, mud, sand, smoke odor, or extreme soiling. We assess and notify you before proceeding.
- All surcharges are disclosed before service begins — never surprises after the fact.
Monthly Detail Plan
- The monthly plan offers a discounted rate on every visit in exchange for recurring, back-to-back monthly service.
- Your first detail is billed at the standard one-time price — the discounted monthly rate begins on your 2nd consecutive visit.
- The monthly rate applies to consecutive months only. If you skip a month, the plan resets: your next detail is billed at the standard one-time price, and the monthly discount resumes from the visit after that.
- No contracts. Cancel anytime by calling or texting us — there is no cancellation fee for ending the plan.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellation fee: $25 applies when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
- Free rescheduling for weather — always. Active rain or temperatures below 40°F: we reschedule at zero cost with no fee.
- For cancellations outside of the 24-hour window, there is no charge. We appreciate as much notice as possible.
- We may cancel or reschedule if road conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns arise. We'll notify you immediately — no fee in this case.
Quality Guarantee
- Not satisfied? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right — at no charge.
- Headlight restoration includes UV sealant. Premature re-yellowing within 90 days is covered by our touch-up guarantee.
- Before/after photos are taken at every appointment and sent to you on completion.
Pre-Existing Damage
Onyx Pristine Co. is not liable for damage that is pre-existing before service begins. We document vehicle condition with photos before starting. Mention any known pre-existing damage before service begins.
Paint Enhancement & Paint Correction
- Paint enhancement is a single-stage (1-step) machine polish that improves gloss and reduces light defects. It is not a full multi-stage correction and does not remove all imperfections. Deep scratches, chips, sanding marks, water-spot etching, and any defect that has reached or gone through the clear coat may remain and may require additional correction or paint repair, quoted separately.
- Machine polishing removes a small amount of clear coat. On panels with thin, previously corrected, repainted, wrapped, or aftermarket paint there is inherent risk. You must disclose any prior bodywork, repaint, touch-up, or coatings before service. We assess the paint and proceed at your direction; we are not liable for the failure of pre-existing repaint, aftermarket paint, or already-compromised or failing clear coat.
- Results vary with paint type, color, and condition. We do not guarantee a specific percentage of defect removal or a flawless, defect-free finish from a single-stage enhancement.
- Protection product: we finish with a Koch-Chemie sealant ("protection wax"). This is a spray sealant/wax — not a ceramic coating or paint protection film — and carries no durability warranty. Its longevity varies with washing, weather, and use. The swirl reduction from the polish itself lasts longer, until new wash marring builds back up.
Fleet Services
- Fleet pricing is provided by custom quote based on fleet size, vehicle type and condition, and service frequency. Per-vehicle figures shown on the website are starting estimates, not final prices.
- Recurring fleet plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) have no long-term contract and can be paused or cancelled with reasonable notice. Invoicing is per visit or per the agreed cycle.
- We clean around and preserve USDOT numbers, lettering, decals, wraps, and required markings. The business remains responsible for its own DOT and regulatory compliance and for the condition and legibility of those markings.
- Any statements about tax treatment or deductibility are general information only, not tax or legal advice. Consult your own accountant or tax professional regarding your situation.
- Service requires reasonable, safe access to your lot, yard, and vehicles. The business is responsible for removing personal items, securing the site, and authorizing service.
Loyalty Rewards Program
- Punch card issued on your first complete car detail. One punch per completed full car detail package.
- Your 5th complete detail is 50% off — automatically confirmed at booking.
- Bring your card to each appointment or mention it when booking. Lost cards can be re-verified at our discretion.
- Loyalty punches are not transferable and have no cash value.
Referral Program
- For every person you refer who completes a paid booking, you earn $10 off a future service visit.
- Referral credits stack with no limit — refer 3 friends, receive $30 off. Credits apply to any service.
- To receive your credit, the referred client must mention your name when booking. Credits are applied at the time of your next appointment confirmation.
- Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise noted.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The current version is always at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top.
