Process & Conditions

How long does a detail take?

Full Pristine Package: 2–4 hours. Exterior only: 1.5–2 hours. Interior only: ~2 hours. Headlight restoration: 30–60 min. Larger vehicles (SUVs, trucks) may take longer.

What if it rains?

We reschedule at zero cost. We don't detail in active rain or below 40°F. We confirm the day before and watch the radar. Interior-only details can continue in light rain. No weather fees, ever.

What products do you use?

Koch Chemie and P&S — professional-grade chemistry used by detailers worldwide. pH-balanced, paint-safe, and effective. We bring our own pressurized water tank and generator — no hookup from you needed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 trip fee. Weather cancellations are always free, no matter the notice.

What is the excessive condition surcharge?

For vehicles in rougher-than-normal condition, a surcharge may apply — usually $25–$50 (heavy pet hair, deep stains, smoke), and up to $100 only for extreme cases like severe mold, hoarding-level mess, or biological materials. We'll notify you before starting if this applies — never a surprise at the end.

Paint Enhancement

What's the difference between paint enhancement and paint correction?

Paint enhancement (also called a 1-step or single-stage polish) removes up to about 65% of light swirl marks, haze, and oxidation and restores gloss in one ~4–5 hour visit. A full multi-stage paint correction chases near-100% defect removal but takes much longer and costs significantly more. For most daily drivers, leases, and weekend cars, enhancement delivers the bulk of the transformation for a fraction of the price. Learn more →

How much does paint enhancement cost?

$300 for a sedan (~4 hrs) and $350 for an SUV or truck (~5 hrs) as a standalone service. Adding it to a full detail is discounted — from +$240, or $20 off with the Pristine Package. Final price depends on vehicle size and paint condition, and we confirm your exact quote before any work begins.

Will paint enhancement remove scratches?

It levels and removes light swirl marks, automatic-car-wash marring, haze, and shallow scratches in the clear coat. Deeper scratches you can catch with a fingernail — or any that have reached the primer — can be improved but not fully erased without additional or multi-stage correction. We assess your paint honestly first and tell you exactly what to expect.

How long does paint enhancement last?

The polish removes the swirls themselves, so with gentle aftercare — hand washing and skipping harsh automatic brushes — the refreshed gloss typically holds up for 1–3 years before it's worth refreshing. We finish with a Koch-Chemie sealant (protection wax), not a ceramic coating.

Fleet Services

Do you offer fleet detailing for businesses?

Yes. We provide recurring mobile washing and detailing for company fleets across Cincinnati and the 513 — service vans, work trucks, branded commercial vehicles, and company cars. We come to your lot or yard on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule that fits your operation. See fleet services →

How much does fleet detailing cost?

Per-vehicle estimates: Exterior Wash $45–$65, Wash + Interior $80–$110, Full Maintenance Detail $140–$180. Your exact quote depends on fleet size, vehicle type and condition, and frequency — recurring plans and fleets of 5+ vehicles get a lower per-visit rate. Request a fleet quote →

Is fleet detailing a tax-deductible business expense?

For business-use and branded vehicles, washing and detailing is generally treated as an ordinary, necessary business expense — which often makes it deductible. We provide a clean invoice every visit for your records. Always confirm the specifics with your accountant or tax professional.

Will you damage our DOT numbers, lettering, or decals?

No. We clean around and preserve your USDOT numbers, company lettering, decals, wraps, and required markings — they stay visible and intact every visit. Keeping branded vehicles clean actually protects that lettering and wrap as a marketing asset.
